Reviews and identifying delivery-route information

Retained without your identity

Completed order totals and financial journal entries may remain anonymized where required for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal compliance.

Active delivery or top-up?

Deletion is paused until an active delivery is completed or cancelled. Riders must also wait for pending wallet top-ups to be reviewed.
